Bona R580 2 Component Moisture Barrier, 6kg

Bona R580 is an easy to apply, self levelling water and solvent-free silane-based compound for priming substrates and/or sealing in the residual moisture in a cement-based substrate before installing a wooden floor.

Also compatible with other Bona Silane-based wooden floor adhesives like Bona R845 or Bona R860.It is recommended that Bona R580 is used on the substrate prior to using Bona R850 or Bona R850T.   Suitable to apply before using Bona levelling compounds.

Bona R850 Adhesive is free from water and organic solvents and is ideal for moisture sensitive timber species.

 

This versatile adhesive can be used on many different types of substrate, including non-absorbent ones. Bona R850 Speed Adhesive remains elastic which reduces the stress transferred to the subfloor. 

 

It can be used on the following substrates: concrete floors, including those treated with Bona R410 liquid damp proof membrane, plywood and chipboard, cementitious screeds, anhydrite screeds, levelling compounds (at least 2mm thick), mastic asphalt which has been primed with Bona R41 0 and non-absorbent surfaces such as ceramic tiles, metal etc.
