How we Work at Jordan Andrews

The clients where recommended to Jordan Andrews, they required a solid oak floor with decorative borders installed in the home which was having a complete refurbishment. Traditionally an Oak heron bone floor is installed sanded and sealed on site, the client wanted it pre finished, no sanding work on site.

We specified to the client to use a pre finished Lacquered Oak parquet Block 21 x 65 x 500mm, using pre finished fumed oak and Acacia strips for the borders. As all the floors where pre finished additional care and attention to detail had to be taken. The client also requested a sun ray to be installed out of pre-finished material… this is how we did it:
