Istoria BESPOKE PRIME GRADE PLANKS FOR PARK MODERN 

Located in one of London’s most sought-after areas overlooking Hyde Park, Park Modern represents the most impressive park-side architecture to-date 52 apartments, 3 penthouses and 2 mews houses.

We feel honoured to have been selected to provide our Istoria Bespoke engineered oak wooden flooring across, in addition to offering our installation services for specific areas. This opportunity allowed us to contribute both our premium flooring and expertise in ensuring a seamless and high-quality installation.

Over an extended period, we engaged in a meticulous collaboration with the Developers, Interior Designers, and Architects on the project. The objective was to craft the perfect custom shade, ensuring its seamless integration with the desired aesthetic, harmonizing with the overall interior design. Following numerous samples and dedicated attempts, we successfully achieved this goal, and the outcome proved to be an impeccable choice.

In the process of selecting the style and size, the client sought an option that would seamlessly complement all spaces, maintaining a consistent and appealing look throughout. The decision to opt for the 190mm wide plank proved to be the perfect choice for fluid transitions between rooms, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. These planks were skilfully laid at a 45-degree angle and enhanced by matching metal border inserts by CAT. Additionally, the client chose Chamfered 3mm radius pencil round skirtings, carefully matched to the bespoke colour of the flooring, further contributing to the overall unified and tailored design of the space.
